I forgot my password. How do I retrieve my account?

Is my financial information safe and secure?

Shopping with Valiants Racing is safe and secure. We NEVER store or keep your financial information (CC number, expiration, etc.) and use advanced up-to-date data encryption to conduct the instant authorization of your credit card.

How do I unsubscribe newsletter from Valiants Racing?

You can log in to your account and un-check the newsletter subscription box then save. You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter email.

Ordering Questions:

I can't add products to cart or can't checkout?

There could be several reasons why this could happen. Before you contact us, please verify whether your payment method is valid. We also recommend upgrading to the latest version of your web browser. If you still have issues adding to cart or checking out, please contact customer support immediately for assistance.

I need to change something on my order. How can i do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

How do I cancel my order that has not been shipped?

In order to cancel an order you must contact us via phone or email from our contact page with your full name, order number, part(s) that you would like to cancel, and a reason for cancellation. Be aware that depending on when your request is sent and received by us it is possible for your item to have already shipped.

What happens if the item received is incomplete?

If you are missing parts, you need to contact the manufacturer of the product before contacting Valiants Racing. We do not stock any replacement parts for any of the parts that we sell. Valiants Racing can give you the manufacturer's contact information if it is not listed on the packaging or in the instructions. We will also help you along the way and talk with the manufactures to make sure you get squared away. Please email us at our contact page for help.

What happens if the item received is not what I ordered?

Please understand that mistake do happens. If mistakes were made on our end, Valiants Racing will make sure our customers are satisfied with the outcome. We will do our best to make it right. Usually Valiants Racing will cover the shipping cost occurred during the issue.

What happens if the item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must email sales@valiantsracing.com within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged items, and Valiants Racing will file a claim for you with the shipping service. You will be asked to email pictures of the damage and then we will correct the problem in the most efficient way possible, with no additional cost to you.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal

Do I have to pay tax if I pay cash?

Yes. All sales within GA are subject to 7.00% sales tax.

Do you price match?

When possible, Valiants Racing will price match the advertised total price (price including all shipping and handling charges) from any legitimate retailer. The price must be listed in a magazine or newspaper ad or listed on an open-to-the-public online store. Valiants Racing will not price match prices listed on any auction based website, as they are often not legitimate retailers. We will also not price match special group discounts or sale prices. If you are interested in having Valiants Racing price match an item, please use price match button on product page or email us from our contact page with a direct link to the product from the website that is selling for less than Valiants Racing. We will verify the information before matching the price and get back to you as soon as possible. Most of the time, Valiants Racing will do our best to match the price the best we can.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. However, we do not accept international credit card payments. Payments must be by Bank Cashier Check or Direct Bank Wire Transfer. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.

Can you get products not listed on your website?

Yes. Please contact us with an item description. We will try our best to find the item and ship to you as early as possible. We will even price match from any legitimate retailer.

Are all items on the website in stock?

No. Please contact us for up-to-date availability. We strive to keep our website as updated as possible, however, items may have recently sold out or there was a mistake in the status listed on our website. Keep in mind that most aftermarket performance parts are shipped directly from the manufacturer warehouses.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out-of-stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the tracking information. After that you will be able to track your order under My Account > My Orders when you log in at Valiants Racing by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

Do you ship International orders?

Do you charge tax for International orders?

We do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and recover costs billed to us in the event that you refuse an international shipment because of duties and customs charged by your country.

Do you guarantee delivery date?

At Valiants Racing, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible for our customers. All orders will be processed promptly and notification will be sent in case of delay. We guarantee each order gets processed in a timely fashion, but once they are in the hands of a shipping carrier, they are beyond our control.
